It may be difficult for the victim of bullying to defend themselves when there is a power imbalance among the pupils, as they take advantage of their power to manipulate or harm others; for this Dream international school has set up an awareness program over a week to reduce bullying and create a safe and supportive environment for everyone. 

Dream school established a community partnership with Dr. Alaa Al-Seef and hosted her at the school to provide a series of awareness-raising activities on the subject of bullying; its short-and long-term effects and how to reduce and prevent it for students and teachers.
