Parents can withdraw a student file by submitting a request online through school website.

To approve your request, please make sure:

• Filling out the withdrawal form online
• Setting pending financial liabilities
• Attaching an acceptance letter from the new school or a final exit visa for students leaving the kingdom with updated iqama and passport

It takes at least (5) school working days to process a student’s final records. If you need MOE documents, please note the process may take longer.
