Admission Information

DIS adheres to the admission ages stated by the Ministry of Education.

To learn more about it please contact the Admissions and Registration Department in the school or visit the Ministry website.

The first week of school the child should be:

• KG.1: 3 years and must be trained to use the toilet
• KG.2: 4 years
• KG.3: 5 years
• GR.1: 5 years, 9 months

The child can be accepted by the age of 5 years and 6 months if he / she has passed the KG.3 level academically and socially.

For students from Grade 2 to 9:

• The students should pass the previous grade with at least very good level
• The students should pass the admission test (Arabic – Math – English)

Please note that the ages for acceptance are subject to change by the Ministry of Education.
