Registration

Four simple steps to register your child:

  • Electronic registration
  • Attending the test
  • Payment of fees
  • Student file Registration must be completed via the website, and if there are no available seats, the student will be registered in the waiting lists

Payment Methods

The school transportation fee is for the full academic year and can be paid in three instalments

  • Cash payment in financial management
  • Mada bank card
  • A personal check written to a company
  • Direct transfer to the schools bank account registered below

Placement test

Kindergarten stage

  • Measure a child’s readiness to learn
  • Academic child background
  • The child’s ability to follow instructions

Remember that an English language background is not mandatory to accept your child.

Primary stage (first and second grade)

  • Math and language test
  • Writing test
  • Measuring the child’s social, emotional and conversational skills by the student counselor

Elementary and middle school from the third to the ninth grade

  • Test reading, language use and mathematics

The required documents

  • A copy of the national identity (Saudi) or a copy of the residence of the guardian and the student (non-Saudi)
  • A copy of the passport of the guardian and the student
  • A copy of the mother’s passport (non-Saudi)
  • A copy of the entry visa for the father, mother and student (non-Saudi)
  • A copy of the birth certificate
  • A copy of the vaccination certificate
  • Introduction letter from work
  • Financial clearance from the previous school
  • Ministry of Education approval form for non-Saudi students
  • Equivalency form from the Ministry of Education (for students abroad)
  • Previous certificates of the student (original)

Admission ages

Dream International Schools is committed to the admission work authorized by the Ministry of Education. To learn more about it, please contact the Admission and Registration Department or visit the Ministry’s website. The child must be in the first week of school

Kindergarten 1: 3 years old, mastery of using the toilet is required

Kindergarten 2: 4 years old

Kindergarten 3: 5 years old

First primary: 5 years and nine months

A child at the age of five years and six months can be admitted to the first grade if he passes the KG.3 stage academically and socially.

For students from the second grade to the middle school:

  • The student must pass the previous grade with at least a very good grade
  • The student must pass the admission tests (Arabic – Mathematics – English)
  • Please note that admission ages are subject to change according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education

school uniform

  • The school uniform will be available free of charge (one piece).
  • First term fees must be paid in full to be eligible for school uniforms

school books

  • Textbooks are received from the General Administration building and are included in the tuition fees, provided that the first semester is paid in full.

Pulling Out

The guardian can withdraw the student’s file

  • Settle any outstanding financial obligations
  • Attach the acceptance letter from the new school or the final exit visa for departing students

It takes at least (5) working days to complete the procedures and prepare the academic file
